What is Directional Boring?
Directional boring is a trenchless method used to install underground utility lines with minimal disturbance to the surface above.
A small bore path is carefully drilled underground and guided to the desired location using sophisticated electronic locating equipment that helps ensure accuracy and precision throughout the bore.
Once the path is complete, the utility line is pulled through, allowing it to pass beneath driveways, landscaping, sidewalks, and other finished areas without the need to dig a continuous trench.
For many private utility projects, this means less digging, less cleanup, and a much cleaner finished result.
